How much do you charge for a custom video?
That’s the first question people ask me.  My answer is, “How much does a house cost?”  You see, it really depends on the house, the location and the details, right?  That’s the same thinking behind a video.

Pricing depends on the time and scope of the project.  The cost of a five-minute video  varies depending on the complexity.  For instance, some of the factors depend on  the talent fee, the number of days involved in shooting, graphic effects, music and post-production time.  Professional custom videos range from $10,000 - $100,000, and include a team of top professionals in the Chicagoland area.

How much do you charge for writing or marketing consulting?
Our hourly fee is $150/hour, and our day rate is $1000.  Scripts are usually estimated at $250 per running minute.  Discounts are available to non-profit organizations.

What’s the process for a writing project?

• We establish a budget and schedule.
  
• I listen to your needs and objectives, and do research to get familiar with your market and objectives.    
  
• An outline, concept or treatment is written to address your goals.  
  
• After your approval, the script, article or marketing material is created. 
  
• We get feedback from you, and do a revised draft, if necessary.
  
• We submit a second draft, and will do one more version, if needed. 
  
• The job is completed to meet your satisfaction!

How does the payment process work?
We send you an agreement, outlining the project parameters, along with the cost and time schedule.  We require a 50% deposit, and after receiving the signed agreement, we’ll begin the work.  A second payment of 25% is due after the video shoot.  The final payment is due upon completion of the project.  Expenses such as travel, parking and meals are covered separately.

How fast can projects be turned around?
We do our best to fit within your time frame.  Sometimes, an assignment can be finished in a few days.  In other cases, a complex project can take months or even up to a year.  In every situation, we’re in touch with you, so you know the schedule.
